आवास वित्त कंपनियों के साथ परामर्श सह रणनीति बैठक आयोजित की गई
श्री मिश्रा ने प्रतिभागियों को यह आश्वासन दिया कि प्रधानमंत्री
आवास योजना (शहरी)-सीएलएसएस के लिए पर्याप्त धन राशि (फंडिंग) उपलब्ध
है। उन्होंने यह भी जानकारी दी कि आवास मांग पूरी करने के लिए बजटीय
अनुदानों के अलावा राष्ट्रीय शहरी आवास कोष (एनयूएचएफ) के तहत 60,000 करोड़ रुपये की व्यवस्था, विशेषकर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) के लिए बजटेतर संसाधन (ईबीआर) के रूप में की गई है।

आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए श्री मिश्रा ने प्रधानमंत्री
आवास योजना (शहरी) के तहत अब तक हुई प्रगति के बारे में उन्हें अद्यतन
जानकारी दी और वर्ष 2022 तक ‘सभी के लिए आवास’ विज़न
को साकार करने की जरूरत पर विशेष बल दिया।
राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक (एनएचबी)
की प्रबंध निदेशक एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्रीमती दक्षिता दास, आवास एवं शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सचिव एवं मिशन निदेशक (एचएफए) श्री अमृत अभिजात, आवास एवं शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय में निदेशक (एचएफए) डॉ. चन्द्रमणि शर्मा, एनएचबी के कार्यकारी निदेशक डॉ. अश्विनी त्रिपाठी और आवास एवं शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय, हुडको तथा एनएचबी के अन्य अधिकारियों ने भी इस बैठक में भाग लिया। श्री अमृत अभिजात ने प्रधानमंत्री
आवास योजना (शहरी)-सीएलएसएस के तहत आवास ऋणों के साथ-साथ इस योजना के
विभिन्न खंडों के तहत भी ऋण प्रदान करके लोगों के सपनों को साकार करने में
बैंकरों द्वारा निभाई जा रही महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर विशेष बल दिया।
इस बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी)-सीएलएसएस के कार्यान्वयन से जुड़े मुद्दों, इनके समाधान और मिशन के लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति के लिए आगे की राह पर भी विचार-विमर्श किया गया। इस बैठक के प्रतिभागियों ने ‘सभी के लिए आवास’ मिशन में अपनी ओर से योगदान करने पर सहमति जताई।

For those of you who aren't aware, 'butterfly month' commenced on September 1 and this activity was organised by the Conservation Education Centre (Delhi wing of Bombay Natural History Society), in a bid to record butterfly species.
The approximately four-hour-long butterfly count began at 8:00 am and finished at noon – the 'best window' to record butterfly species, as per experts.
Among the rare sightings made include psyche (leptosia nina), red pierrot, Indian red flash and pale palm dart, among others.
While the list is still being compiled, experts said a robust number has been recorded. Historical records stretching centuries show 99 species recorded in NCR. On Sunday, each team recorded an average of 30 species, with the highest tally being close to 50, the TOI report said.

IT issues fresh summons to Lalu's daughter, son-in-law
New Delhi: The Income Tax Department on Thursday issued fresh summons to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad`s daughter Misa Bharti and her husband Shailesh Kumar to appear before it on Monday.
Official sources said the department is likely to file a criminal complaint against Bharti and Kumar.
The department is probing how shell companies were used by Lalu Prasad and his family to buy expensive properties in Delhi and Patna in a benaami property case.
The Tax officials said that the criminal complaint will be filed in a Delhi court and they want to question Bharti and her husband again in Delhi.

Kerala bandh: BJP to protest against murder of RSS activist
The Bharatiya Janata Party called for a statewide shutdown in Kerala on Sunday to protest against the killing of a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh worker allegedly by members of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). One person has been taken into custody and investigations are on to nab the others accused in connection the case.
The worker, identified as 34-year-old E Rajesh, died in a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram after he was brutally attacked by four suspected youth wing activists of the CPI-M. Rajesh suffered serious injuries to his face, hands and legs. His left palm was also severed and thrown away, according to the state unit of BJP.
CPI(M)M has, however, refuted the charges. “There were some local issues in the area and in this incident, the CPI-M has no role,” Thiruvananthapuram district CPI-M Secretary Anavoor Nagappan said in a statement last night.
The total shutdown called by BJP has resulted in trouble for the people. People who reached railway stations unaware of the hartal had difficulty in getting vehicles to reach their homes.
Thiruvananthapuram has been witnessing a spate of violent clashes in the last two weeks with both the party workers clashing with each other every now and then. The attack on Saturday night comes days after the BJP state committee office was attacked by a group of CPI(M) workers. Post this, the residence of the son of CPI-M state Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan was stoned. The police is maintaining a strict vigil in the area.
